Racheal Lynch is an accomplished leader with a strong track record in driving organizational growth and operational excellence across diverse sectors. Prior to joining the Vivia team, Racheal served as Proxy CEO and Executive Director at Cascade Regional Blood Services, where she played a pivotal role in modernizing the organization and moving towards paperless operations. Racheal has partnered with the National Institute of Health and the Mayo Clinic on large scale research projects to develop individualized healthcare for all by building databases that include people from diverse backgrounds. Racheal is dedicated to fostering exceptional experiences for clients and staff, and is passionate about expanding access to Vivia’s home care services to the multitudes of seniors in Washington who want to age at home safely and affordably.

Kristi Griffey brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and senior caregiving. Kristi is a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a strong background in senior services and patient care coordination. Kristi has expertly managed a variety of roles, from providing direct care for seniors at home and facilitating medical appointments to overseeing program operations and team management. Her experience spans private home caregiving, ambulance dispatching, and leadership roles in adult day care and senior services. Kristi compassionately listens to the needs of families and applies her years of experience to expertly help them navigate the system and develop a plan of care that is personalized and just right for them and their budget.

Vivia Caregiver Caitlin has CNA Certification as well as an associate’s degree in pre-nursing. She has a wide range of caregiving experience, having previously worked in traditional homecare; an adult family home; a skilled nursing facility; and a behavioral hospital. She enjoys and values the opportunities that arise as a Vivia Assistant to build a rapport with her senior clients and to learn from their perspectives and experiences. Caitlyn says, “I believe it’s the relationships we build with one another and the connections we choose to foster that add the most value to one’s life.”
