I'm grateful to the management team and the wonderful care providers that assisted me during recovery from a total knee replacement operation. The staff was very accommodating even before my procedures in organizing a schedule to help with essential tasks that I was unable to perform for a few weeks. I used the AdHoc option that provided flexibility on what needed done for every visit. The ladies were incredibly professional, efficient and cordial performing their duties.

My mother was refusing showers and cleaning services at first, but within a week I noticed a major change in her behavior in anticipation of your caregiver coming to help her. For this alone I thank your team for your program which is delivered with consistency, care and compassion. I feel like I can now be present at work and not have to worry. This program is a true blessing for me and my family.

Thank you for making me feel so much better in such stressful times dealing with my dad. I live 5,000 miles away from him and on a trip to visit him, I was told by his doctor that this might be my last time to see him because his condition was deteriorating. I had made the decision to place him in a nursing home, which he asked me to NEVER DO, when I found Vivia. Our Vivia Assistant came by 5 days a week to make sure he gets his medicine along with any other services that he needs and our Vivia Team Leader showed tireless dedication to his care.
